Hi there! I too have this bag and love it. However, it’s at LV as we speak for a repair ☹️. The glazing wore off by rubbing up against the top flap of the bag after just 8 months. Also, I see where the top flap has been dented up from the weight of the bag. I do not over stuff my bags at all, I think it’s just the fact that the bag is on the heavier side. I would like to know if you have any problems with yours. If you look online now the twist bags have a different design as to how the chain attaches to the bag which I feel may have been a design flaw on mine. I can send you pictures if you would like

I think your bag is lovely, but have you noticed it is different from the photo of the bag you showed when you were reading the description, and it is different from all the Twist bags shown on the LV website? Your bag attaches at the side which is nice because, as you mentioned, it can be used as a clutch, but the photo you showed and all the Twist bags on the LV website attach on the top, not at the side. On the inside of the bags shown online, the inside of the flap is totally clean and there are no visible signs of the top chain attachments, unlike your bag. On the LV site there are only two types of Twist bags that have chains attached at the side - the wallets on a chain and the bags that have a permanent leather hand handle in addition to the shoulder chain. All the regular size Twist bags with only the shoulder chain attach at the top. I am adding an edit here. I see there are other reviews of this bag on UA-cam that show the identical bag to yours so I guess LV has changed the design of the bag.
Also, I am not familiar with the brown LV box. I thought all their boxes were the saffron color. Is this new?
