I have this foil now for 8 months and I can really recommend it. It's low budget, very good quality build (as to be expected from NP). It's excellent as 1st foil and progressing into gibes. Very stable. The powerbox adapter is very safe. Fitted it on my old 2010 Fanatic Shark and it worked perfect. Even after hitting accidentally a few rocks at high speed, the box was still fine. So the adapter distributes the forces well. I now have the foil fitted on a deep tuttle box on my new board using the available deep tuttle adapter. Also initially I had the small wing, and purchased the medium wing (a bit bigger) just to explore that option. I liked the bigger wing more, is slower, more reaction time, more stability, which is good for learning. However, now, with better skills I am thinking to go back to the small wing for more speed. About speed: it's quick..... but not for racing. I used it in wind speeds from 12 to 20+ kts. Under 12 kts requires good pumping skills. I am planning another season with this foil and then will see what my level requires.
@@jgvadillo I used it with a 6.4 Goya Nexus and 6.7 Ezzy Hydra Sport. But it would easily go with a 5.0 (Goya Fringe.. my latest sail). I used it several times with a 8.2 sail (NS etype) as well. It worked but it felt very sluggish. I would advise to be in the 5.0 - 6.5 range
So Cool ! I've been waiting for this kind of "freeride foil" for a long time. I'm sure lot of people will finally get into windfoiling thanks to this product. Looking forward to test it in a few weeks now ! ;-)

What sail size do you use with 10 or 12 knots? Thanks!

Hi, for a beginner, would you say it’s sensible to try this foil with a 135 hydrofoil board? Or is a flight AL a better choice? Thank!
Is it possible to fix this new front wing on the old 2018 NP aluminum foil ?
no
Is there a adapter for the two us-box system?
Yup I saw one this summer on a JP Foil board. They are also used for kiting these wings.
Ok Thx.
Ouuu maay
