In the first year of university I cried more than in my entire life before. Luckily I figured it out for the second year and I am feeling so good now ✨
Hoping that I would be able to be like this as well 🥹 I'm currently in my first year (also first semester) and I've been worrying and crying a lot lol never in my life I thought I would worry this much 😵💫
@@theyfwastroawe love I’m so sorry to hear I’m also in my first year of college and can relate to all of u😭😭do u wanna talk it out maybe? Or we could just be friends too if you’d like
THANK YOU!!!! Literally no one talks about this. I'm currently in my first year but unfortunately due to this and other things, i already know that i'm going to have to repeat my papers because of not so great grades and scattered mental health but hey... you live and you learn
I'm not in uni or nowhere near but I suffer from anxiety too, will definitely try out that app, love your videos so thank you for making everything so much more easier and calming ♥️♥️♥️
I'm in year 7 in school (grade 7), and I am currently struggling with anxiety and a lot of panic attacks. I have learned that other people help and made me feel so much better and distract my brain from all the other things that made my panic attacks come and build up. I still have panic attacks, and I struggle with them because I feel like I can't tell anyone without being embarrassed. My panic attacks last for at lest 10mins and luckily, I have a therapist who is helping me with how to calm down and feel a bit better. I hope you are doing well now and having a better time in university. God is with you ❤
uni gave me suicidal thoughts and depression and i literally feeling like I'm in hell, there's different language so language barrier, i don't understand anything in the class+ lots of practicals, i want to quit

Meditate close your eyes throw on some meditation music before you get started make sure you have a pair of ear buds or headphones after you close your eyes and have the meditation music playing take deep breathes in and out, focus on that one thing that made you anxious or mad that particular day the more you consciously thing about that particular moment or that day meditate on the bad in doing so your manifesting that bad energy into positive energy think about it this way say someone accidentally says something to upset you or does something to upset you you would normally want to avoid that particular issue but in the meditation process you are confronting the issue in your mind once you do so you are more adaptive to that issue kinda like a virus that finds a way to Mutate and adapt to the shots and the antibiotics in order to make you sick again we as humans sometimes just need to sit with our problems it’s ok to be mad or sad or anxious but don’t let that sit in your head for too long or it’ll start to rot take it accept it come up with things to make it less stressful it might not solve the whole problem but it’ll be way better than not doing so
I only had a couple beefs with my uni in general, but I think after I had Meltdown in the FIFTH time all my classes were cleared from my schedule after registering-on time 5, the admin of the registrar did it for me. When I came back hysterical maybe ~2 hours later, her eyes got wide and she turned to her superior and was like “I did this personally because she’s consistently complained about this.” All the other times it was a huge inconvenience because i lost classes that were hard to get into, albiet a couple got replaced with other better options (compassionate professors.) Time five was because i was working 40+ hours, averaging 3 hours of sleep, and if they were going to remake me redo my whole schedule like they normally did my job schedules were a loss. Well- I’m no liar, but not a thing happened since that meltdown.
You think no one talks about it?? Bro as Asian students we face this every day.... You are just one of those white students who is new to this 😞😞😞 Sorry I don't mean to say anything bad

first year - homesickness
second year - less homesickness & mild hypochondria
third year - nearly no homesickness, bad hypochondria
Going to college in a week and I'm confused about what classes to pick
@@TayyJayyyou haven’t picked your classes yet?
I understood 'everything' about when I saw the breath in app on the phone..
Thanks for sharing🙏♥️
A couple of vodka’s in the evening helps me a lot. ( maybe 3)
My first 2 years in uni, i had a lot of breakdowns and meltdowns... then pandemic happened...
