Dooku is hands down on of my favourite characters, and Tales Of The Jedi just ensured he stays that way. He truly was one of the best Jedi, well until he turned obviously. Him and Qui-Gon actually stayed true to what the Jedi are meant to be. Serve the people, and not the Senate.
