It's Windows Game Bar System. If you use Windows 10/11, click "windows + G" and then click widgets and click performance. The fps sometimes didn't shows, i had to re open the gamebar every time to see the fps number. I do hope they fix this..

Im guessing he can't fight a vampire on his own. that's why he asks for a hag's help. Or he just need the hag to locate the vampire location

I only play on PC, but from what i read, you can use mods on PS5 and xbox now
Yes! Make sure it’s updated and on the main menu there should a Mod Manager tab now with a decent selection
