Okay hiiiii I am back to scream some more about this masterpiece. First of all, can I just say how happy I was this morning when I saw that *YOU* were my Secret Santa? Watching RNM last year made me discover your channel and I'm not joking when I say I was going through literal binges of your Malex edits during my lunch breaks at work lmao like I could easily spend half an hour going through edit after edit and going crazy over all of them. That's how much I adored your videos. Then, onto the song. It's so funny because I was listening to it yesterday and thinking about how much I love it. To the point that it's in my top #50 of this year's wrapped so truly you couldn't have chosen anything better hahaha. Now onto the edit itself. This style is just the most gorgeous thing, I truly love everything about it - the coloring, the text, the pacing with the slower parts and the ones where the pace quickens... you just followed every beat and lyric to perfection and I am. OBSESSED. 😭😭😭 I am a huge fan of voiceovers and parallels and so I looooove how many of them you found between all those ships!!! And it truly means a lot that you'd take the time to do some research to use ships you're not that familiar with 🥺 I obviously love how there's some of my absolute fave in it (truly truly don't mind the amount of Malex ashsksks ♥) but also some that I might not have thought about in a little while but that made me fall in love with them all over again. Like Connor and Oliver, who I loved SO SO SO much and was so happily surprised to see in here. Also Kate and Anthony, perfectly in time to get obsessed over them again with the new Bridgerton season coming up ashsksks. One ship I didn't expect to see was Tony and Ziva and I was soooo happy to see them there because well, they're my very first ship that has ruined me for so many years now 🥺 I want to point out specific parts to talk about how much I love them but I'm afraid every second of that edit is a fave of mine actually lmao. Actually I do have a favorite part and it's from 1:24 to 1:48 like THE BUILD-UP IS JUST SO FREAKING GOOD 😭😭😭 but truly once again every second is a masterpiece. Also omg THE ENDING you couldn't have ended it in a better way. The whole thing is so painfully beautiful, I'll be thinking about it (and rewatching it) for a while ashsjsksks. So, yeah.
