I am always impressed by your ability to stir massive amounts in one pan without making a mess and having it all over the stove. Great tip on the bread for the uncrossable’s. Thanks for sharing.

I don't understand why some people are concerned about eating just homemade freezer meals, it's fresh food cooked and put into your freezer. What is wrong about that all your doing is preserving your food to eat at a later date, no different to canning. I spend 2 days a month putting together freezer meals, my husband and I work late 5 days a week I don't want to come home at 8pm each night and start preparing a meal freezer meals are the best thing ever couldn't live without them.

I don’t get why some people think it’s odd and ask if that’s all you eat ( freezer meals ) I mean these are delicious home cooked meals that you and many others ( including me ) make for our family and I really don’t differentiate between a fresh meal and a homemade freezer meal - I honestly think they’re the best thing ever ❤️

Totally. They help us eat healthier too cause what I freeze usually has veg in it already. It reduces the temptation of just eating a frozen pizza or frozen chicken nuggets for dinner.

Yeah, same with my home-canned roast, or 🐔 breast! It's easy, it's fast, it's homemade!
And ❤ sharing the tasty treats coming out of my canner.😊

This reminds me to make my no prebake tortillas wraps. I'm lazy. Just mixup all ingredients in a bowl, put them into tortillas (tuck sides, then roll) and wrap them, and store each one in Saran wrap and freeze. Take out two to thaw in the refrigerator every evening, and there's my lunch or dinner to heat in aluminum foil in my toaster oven. Love it.

I did a whole afternoon freezer cooking session with various recipes from lots of your meal packs. I made 17 freezer meals plus about ten smaller pans for an elderly lady at church. Still have another day's work to work in through the rest of this week. Your packs saved my sanity this go around. We are busy for the next four weeks and this helps so much. Thank you Jamerill!!

Although I’m a single person living alone. When I cook certain things I batch cook too. So usually I make 6 portions, so I can put rest in cartons and in the freezer. This is a huge help for me because I have various physical and mental illnesses which make it impossible to cook sometimes. But I haven’t done it for a while. So thank you for reminding me to look after future me better. Batch cooking tomorrow for sure! Sending love from the UK 💜💜

The way to avoid ripped tortillas is by putting a dozen or so in a plastic then into the microwave wave for approximately 30 seconds to one minute. They are softened, easy to roll and prevent tearing.

Seems to me that most ALL of your meals are prepared in your kitchen. So what if they're put in the freezer after being homemade. You're very patient with some of the comments you get, Jamerrill. lol And if those people stopped and thought about how much food and preparation went into even one day, they may see the importance of frozen meal preparation. Thank you for another interesting video and I pray continued good health and happy life to you and the family.

There are only two of us in our house, occasionally three. I deliberately make more than we need so that there are not only leftovers, but enough to freeze at least two portions for the following week. It helps keep within budget, meaning I don't need to cook from scratch, every day. Seeing you do such mammoth amounts leaves me awestruck at times! Keeping things organised when you first began, must have proved challenging, but you have it down to a fine art now! We are having a freezer meal tonight - Cottage Pie (you call it shepherd's pie) with some brussels sprouts on the side. Another day it'll be salad with crustless quiche (feta, spinach and pine nut), or lasagne. You inspire me to be creative and yes, save money!

I don't always cook in batches. But I have made breakfast burritos or quesadillas. Usually enough for about a week.
Its just for my son and I.
I did make the filling for two pork pies. Made one for a dinner and froze the filling only for another pie.
Having only a single refrigerator freezer, I package all meats into meal size packs. Makes it easier on cooking a dish.
However I will prep onions and peppers for cooking ease .
I have been wanting to make homemade poptarts. I have made homemade strawberry jam, and I have some pie crust. Think this week I will make some up.
I also taught my son how to cook. Today he can cook an entire meal and he can bake sweets. Its a great as skill to learn.
You have some amazing helpers .

With the PB Js i heat up the PB a tad and use a spatula to spread on both sides of the bread to lock in the jelly. And no riped bread. I also got a square crimping uncrust cutter. So theres less waste. My kids love it- but i dont have any critters to feed the crusts to so i stopped that. Lol. We all fo what we gotta. I love that its easy to grab for packed lunches. We actually did it for disney world as well. 😂
