I am always impressed by your ability to stir massive amounts in one pan without making a mess and having it all over the stove. Great tip on the bread for the uncrossable’s. Thanks for sharing.
I don't understand why some people are concerned about eating just homemade freezer meals, it's fresh food cooked and put into your freezer. What is wrong about that all your doing is preserving your food to eat at a later date, no different to canning. I spend 2 days a month putting together freezer meals, my husband and I work late 5 days a week I don't want to come home at 8pm each night and start preparing a meal freezer meals are the best thing ever couldn't live without them.
I don’t get why some people think it’s odd and ask if that’s all you eat ( freezer meals ) I mean these are delicious home cooked meals that you and many others ( including me ) make for our family and I really don’t differentiate between a fresh meal and a homemade freezer meal - I honestly think they’re the best thing ever ❤️
Totally. They help us eat healthier too cause what I freeze usually has veg in it already. It reduces the temptation of just eating a frozen pizza or frozen chicken nuggets for dinner.
This reminds me to make my no prebake tortillas wraps. I'm lazy. Just mixup all ingredients in a bowl, put them into tortillas (tuck sides, then roll) and wrap them, and store each one in Saran wrap and freeze. Take out two to thaw in the refrigerator every evening, and there's my lunch or dinner to heat in aluminum foil in my toaster oven. Love it.
One of my classmates from law school actually commented, “I’d rather have a fresh cooked meal than frozen :P.” This was before he had any kids. Hopefully he’s learned his lesson by now. 😂
I did a whole afternoon freezer cooking session with various recipes from lots of your meal packs. I made 17 freezer meals plus about ten smaller pans for an elderly lady at church. Still have another day's work to work in through the rest of this week. Your packs saved my sanity this go around. We are busy for the next four weeks and this helps so much. Thank you Jamerill!!
Although I’m a single person living alone. When I cook certain things I batch cook too. So usually I make 6 portions, so I can put rest in cartons and in the freezer. This is a huge help for me because I have various physical and mental illnesses which make it impossible to cook sometimes. But I haven’t done it for a while. So thank you for reminding me to look after future me better. Batch cooking tomorrow for sure! Sending love from the UK 💜💜
Same.....I'm disabled from a rare bone disease and a stroke. I have good days and bad days so I batch cook and freeze often. I also love to cook and my daughter and her friends love my cooking so I cook for their households quite often.
I am so appreciative that you share how your children help at home, you yet protect their identities from social media. Kudos to you for “influencing “ without putting them at risk. 👏👏👏
You are the best momma Jammerill! Love how much you enjoyed how your daughter was making the homemade pop tarts so pretty. It was adorable how you doted over her hard work. ❤️. Wonderful job by all!
Jamerrill I just wanted to thank you for putting out these freezer meal packs. I am single and have disabilitating Psoriatic arthritis which has limited my abilities to prepare my on meals easily. Your meal plans packs have been a true gamer changer for me. A life saver really and I am able to prepare healthy meals on my own. Thank you for all you do. You inspire me daily. 🎉Thank you
I really like that you plan and make fun foods for your family, especially the young kids-and teenagers who snack a lot! The uncrustables, hot pockets, etc., would be so much more expensive to buy all the time for a crowd, but your kids still have the fun meals and snacks. Way to go!
The way to avoid ripped tortillas is by putting a dozen or so in a plastic then into the microwave wave for approximately 30 seconds to one minute. They are softened, easy to roll and prevent tearing.
I’m cooking for one right now, so I do make enough to freeze some lunches or dinners. I make homemade uncrustables for my grandkids but use the crusts for bread puddings. Enjoy the video. Blessings to you all
I love your family and your channel Jamerrill you’re all so sweet and awesome to watch! ❤🥰 Keep grinding and going strong 💪🏾 for those beautiful babies 💕. I have all boys so your channel really saves my life.😅
It's good the children are part of a Master Class by helping you. Little do they know this is shaping their future. Executive Chefs or entrepreneurs in sustainable food for living. This is a great opportunity.
Jamerrill, I had an epiphany..."This Mega Mama Wears MANY Hats"...I think that DEFINITELY pertains to You and would make a great merchandising slogan.?
Wishing you a wonderful Mother's Day, Jammerill, filled with many blessings! Thank you for sharing your life adventures with all of us, showing how deep faith and trust, combined with "hopes and dreams", can result in a very beautiful life. 🙏❤🌹
You have an influence on me... I've started cooking 2x as much as I need per meal and freeze half of it for later. I love love love it. THANK YOU for your wonderful influence!!😂
I love how addaptive your recipes are. We have food allergies in our house and all we have to do is change one ingredient. We can still enjoy your recipes
I channeled my inner Jamerrill today and made a batch of sourdough waffles and froze them for breakfast. It felt like a form of self-care. Giving myself some grace on those busy mornings!
Hello Jamerill. Nice to be back with you! I’m excited even though I only cook for two to four meals for two! Coming up with recipes is the hardest part and you do that for me!
Seems to me that most ALL of your meals are prepared in your kitchen. So what if they're put in the freezer after being homemade. You're very patient with some of the comments you get, Jamerrill. lol And if those people stopped and thought about how much food and preparation went into even one day, they may see the importance of frozen meal preparation. Thank you for another interesting video and I pray continued good health and happy life to you and the family.
There are only two of us in our house, occasionally three. I deliberately make more than we need so that there are not only leftovers, but enough to freeze at least two portions for the following week. It helps keep within budget, meaning I don't need to cook from scratch, every day. Seeing you do such mammoth amounts leaves me awestruck at times! Keeping things organised when you first began, must have proved challenging, but you have it down to a fine art now! We are having a freezer meal tonight - Cottage Pie (you call it shepherd's pie) with some brussels sprouts on the side. Another day it'll be salad with crustless quiche (feta, spinach and pine nut), or lasagne. You inspire me to be creative and yes, save money!
I've been catching up with you again, great to see all is well 💕 Amelia, I just LOVE your work of art & labor of love with the Pop Tart Party, Yay‼️ Great job‼️
For someone who has back and neck problems it’s so important to wear supportive shoes. The anti fatigue mats are nice, my neck not so much I can do for that. I wear Vionic shoes that were created by a podiatrist . I feel like I’m standing and walking on foam ❤ great meal prepping video as usual !
Hello my sweet mega friend, first of all you are looking extra beautiful lately your hair is growing. Hope you and yours are well. That was a lot of yummy breakfast items. 😊 Those pop tarts looked yummy. I bet the children enjoy them. 🎉
All looks tasty Jamerrill, you get toaster baggies to reheat your lovely pop tarts. I use them for my gf bread to share one toaster with my family, big hugs
I was able to make meatballs and slaw on the side for me tonight 🙌🙌🙌 , that's a big deal as I have been vitamin D deficient and for months felt as I was on deaths door ,and so fatigued I couldn't hold my head up , I have a ways to go but I'm now able to do a little 🙌🙌🙌 not much but more than I was , and I Praise God for every improvements . .. Your video helps in so many ways , you will never know ❤
Wow! It's amazing how much more you can get done with a few great helpers. Keep up the great work! They are learning great skills on how to prep for their own future selves!!!!
Freezer meals are the best as I don’t always want to cook! It’s great food. I get inspired on weekends and my married children love the benefits ❤your daughter did a beautiful job😋
As a father of 5 one thing i have learnt along with my wife in our life, is you can not have enough freezer meals with so many kids [And then grandkids] around!!
This is my 1st time watching you. You are adorable! Very clever woman/Mama. Love your recipes! I also do freezer cooking. There’s only the two of us now, but it is still very helpful. God Bless you and you family!!! 🙏😉
My husband makes uncrustables at his work place. He said trick to keep them from getting soggy is peanut butter on both slices bread and jelly in the middle ! Hope this helps
My goal is to batch cook for my hubby & me. I am a teacher and school begins at the end of July. I hope to have some meals prepared & in my freezer before school starts. You are such an inspiration!!
Love the team work! You have sparked many possible ideas for my family. Thank you for sharing. You looked great in pink, all springtime and happiness. May God bless you. 💐
Have you ever done toaster tortillas? It’s my go to whenever I’m tired. I can do pizza ones, ham and cheese, breakfast one with bacon and cream cheese. So many other options. I don’t even want hot pockets in my house anymore because toaster tortillas are so much better.
I just luv you! Whenever I'm stressed and feeling like everything is out of place I just watch one of your videos and I feel myself getting all organized inside and out. Thank you for being you and sharing your experience and wisdom.
Since I’ve been watching you I have loved making freezer meals. It’s just me and my husband so when I cook a regular recipe I freeze half of it and it’s so nice to have in the freezer.
New subscriber. I loved watching this I have been thinking of batch cooking for my cousin who has one child but she baby sits her nieces and nephews so having a stocked freezer full of ready meals that are made by us would ease the pian of cooking for a crowd in our summer hols here in England so thank you for all these recipes. Xx
I have found that having freezer meals stored away are great. They come in handy for lots of reasons. With winter coming I like to have meals and soups. If anyone isn’t well a nourishing soup is always welcome and if it’s me who isn’t well then I can pull out a frozen meal for everyone and then go back to resting 😊
hey jamerill, just a thought, your freezer snacks like the pizza muffins, you could buy and use a square foil or foam tray plate thingie to make and keep them nice in the freezer, i use the cheap $1 ones, foil/foam plate/tray thingies for alot of food storage, helps keep them storage neat to keep the food in good shape inside the baggies.
Thank you for inspiring me after being sick the last few week. Wish I had freezer meals then (dad my freezer died!) . and may I say your looking amazing .Love from Scotland xx
Discovered your channel while recovering from severe sciatica. Took 6 weeks, we have that in common! I love your channel and recipes. Will keep watching!❤
I am going to be doing the quesadilla's, i think i will do some in chicken too! What an awesome way of doing prep for your family. Love the poptarts too! I wish i could join your private channel, but i am just not able to. Thank you for sharing again. HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY JAMERRILL!
Jamerrill I don’t like pop tarts at all but I know I would love Amelia’s! She did a great job . Love that your family works together. Thank you for sharing 🧀🌮🌯🧀
Jamerrill, you and your family are such an inspiration! I must check out your offers and get started with some big batch cooking. May God continue to bless you all! ❤
I don't always cook in batches. But I have made breakfast burritos or quesadillas. Usually enough for about a week. Its just for my son and I. I did make the filling for two pork pies. Made one for a dinner and froze the filling only for another pie. Having only a single refrigerator freezer, I package all meats into meal size packs. Makes it easier on cooking a dish. However I will prep onions and peppers for cooking ease . I have been wanting to make homemade poptarts. I have made homemade strawberry jam, and I have some pie crust. Think this week I will make some up. I also taught my son how to cook. Today he can cook an entire meal and he can bake sweets. Its a great as skill to learn. You have some amazing helpers .
With the PB Js i heat up the PB a tad and use a spatula to spread on both sides of the bread to lock in the jelly. And no riped bread. I also got a square crimping uncrust cutter. So theres less waste. My kids love it- but i dont have any critters to feed the crusts to so i stopped that. Lol. We all fo what we gotta. I love that its easy to grab for packed lunches. We actually did it for disney world as well. 😂

Those babies (not really), but their precious fingers making those pop tarts are just the sweetest thing ever! What great helpers you have Momma 😊
As a mama to 11, I NEED to start doing this more often than not! You have inspired me!
Your daughter is going to be a great pastry chef. She has a talent, especially at her age.

Your baby did an amazing job on those pop tarts....you've got a pro chef in the making!
I love how you just stop everything to go and play with your littles. Such an awesome mum.

Your meatball stroganoff casserole recipe is fabulous!! LOVE your shows so very much, even though we are now empty nesters!!
Oh whole sandwiches in bread bags are exactly how ee pack them as well. ❤
always a joy , thanx for sharing and have a great day
