I have a genuine question I was thinking about going vegan since I’m lactose and allergic to most fish and pork the problem is that I’m an athlete and workout 6 days a week and need a lot of protein. How can I get a sufficient amount of protein if I’m also allergic to nuts and beans ?
Whole grains and vegetables are good sources of protein as well. Work with a vegan nutrition coach.

Anyways, here is my tomahawk steak recipe,
Ingredients
1 (3 1/2-lb.) tomahawk rib-eye steak
1 ½ tablespoons kosher salt
2 ½ teaspoons black pepper

Let steak stand at room temperature 30 minutes to an hour before cooking. Preheat grill to medium-high (400°F to 450°F). Sprinkle steak evenly on both sides with salt and pepper. Lightly coat grill grates with oil or grilling spray.

Ok TVT, I’ve been pretty quiet when seeing some of your videos, but in this video, I can’t keep quiet. When you quote on quote “Bible moment, there’s the bell. If you’re not vegan, you’re going to hell” and I heard yourself stated as a Christian, I was extremely disgusted. I was also disgusted to hear that you said “killing animals is against what god wants” However, in the Bible, god never mentions this, and instead, mentions that there is no sin towards killing an animal, as the Bible states “They all have the same breath, and man has no advantage over the beasts, for all is vanity. All go to one place. All are from the dust, and to dust all return.” If you are still thinking you wrecked correct, think about what they do to plants. For plants, they use automated machines that can cut the plants in half, and store them inside storage containers. Even though plants regrow, they can still fell pain. Sure, it is gruesome to see animals killed, but that is because we share the same body functions. We don’t see anything gruesome happen to plants, but imagine if instead we shared the same body systems as plants, and we saw the plants getting chopped up. We would probably be horrified. Not only that, they have to keep getting chopped up and dying. OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I don’t have anything against you being vegan, be what you want to be. But please think twice before shaming people and forcing people to become vegan by saying they should go to hell. Jesus even declared that all foods are clean in Mark 7:18-7:19. If you are a Christian, you would understand that all we want, is peace. Everyone has different views, so please don’t shame them for it. I hope you understand.
