A little late commenting, but I first heard of ita bags earlier this year and already have two that I'm working on. One is for Voltron the Legendary Defender for the series as a whole, because as much as I like Pidge I really like most of the other main characters as well, and I quickly gave up trying to just buy Pidge merch, because there is a lot of cool fan art out there for that series. My other bag is dedicated to my top three favorites from Naruto which are Shikamaru, Gaara, and Kakashi.

That guild(that's where the name from the anime comes from) means so much to me. The way all of them treat each other like family, the lengths they go about protecting it, the pride they have of belonging to such family, the great characters that are in there(which includes THE waifu but shhh... ;D ). I even said that if I ever got a tattoo, I would just proudly wear their guild symbol on my arm. That much XD

I would make a ita bag for the USUK ship (England and America) from Hetalia rather than a specific character.
I would probably go in the complete opposite direction and get a black/red bag for Dante from Devil May Cry
