Just a suggestion but a nice outdoor rug for the kids to play on would look nice on your porch. When I get dirty just spray it off
I definitely want to get a large rug, some more comfy furniture, and maybe a climber toy with a slide for the kidos

Hun if everything looks good with her, you could ask him to refer her to a pediatric neurologist in Charleston. I'm sure he has colleagues there that he trusts.
There are not any pediatric neurosurgeons in our area
