Paul Schreyer's keynote at the UNSW-ESCoE Conference discussed how the digital and environmental transformations affect - or should affect - the measurement of some of our key National Accounts indicators: depreciation, national income and inflation. The presentation will examine several cases, including stranded assets, depletion of natural resources and obsolescence in consumer durables.
