I know this is just your standard "living on the road", but man it's incredibly inspiring to watch. I've been a supporter of Logic for about 2/3 years now after I stumbled across "Gang Related" on UA-cam. The past 2 weeks I got all his albums and I've just been playing them in my car while I run around my city. I'm a music producer and writer so this is just great to watch. I left my job on Christmas Eve after I was accused of something that wasn't true. I fell ill right after up until New Years and I said "fuck a job I'm going to do this music until it works". Fast forward to now and I managed to sustain living through my music without a job. Something which people initially laughed at me for. I understand that things must get a little tedious on the road but I can't help but dream when I watch clips like this. Just the act of being constantly busy while doing something you love is a thing I've spent years just dreaming of. I keep telling my mother, I know it's hard but once I'm in a position I'm going to flood you with everything you need. My dream is to be on the road like this and it's so fucking close I can feel it. I released an instrumental 2 days ago titled "Tribulations" and it became my fastest viewed instrumental, gaining 1K views within the first 24 hours. That was a goal of mine since I've been releasing music on UA-cam. I didn't quite understand where all the views were coming from until I checked the traffic sources and discovered that it was appearing in searches related to "Logic". Even the freestyle with Joey, I don't think they realise how dope it is for a fan to watch. I won't say who, but a member from Pro Era messaged me recently and asked me how my music was going. He didn't reply to my message but I still don't understand where it came from. Needless to say it blew my mind. I keep getting closer and closer but until I'm able to do it at this level.. On the road, just humbly working and sending the fruits of my labour back home to my mother.. I'll keep at it.
