The difference between Warney and me is I bowl the ball I want every 8.5 years, and Warney does it every 30 seconds. But apart from that, very little separating us…
Both the Warne deliveries were a result of excellent spin bowling........ The first one to ABD was so nicely flighted and turned, while the second one was the quicker delivery........I really appreciate the skill of this legendary duo......... These two are included in my top five all time great bowlers, with the other three being Wasim Akram, Shane Bond and Jasprit Bumrah...........
The set up of Warne to Gibbs was great. Started off in the high 70s, then the last 4 was only 74kmh. As Gibbs is set up for the slow leg breaks Warne fires in the fast slider. Excellent.
It's cliche to say how good the Australian team was in that era, but when you look at how good that South African team was - Smith, Devilliers, Gibbs, Kallis, Pollock, Ntini etc, it blows my mind that Australia was able to take it to another level and dominate South Africa.
What a set up for ABD ...First few balls on slightly leggish side and realising batsman coming forward to defend..so next he slightly changed his line ...and it worked
Has anyone seen the documentary on here where alleged victims of child trafficking naming Richie Beneau as a perpetrator? Him and his mates. It's an interesting watch. I hope this comment doesn't get deleted and people can learn who ia who in this zoo.

This was cricket at its peak, the amount of legends in this 10 minute clip itself is amazing. Lovely atmosphere, the scorecard, everything..

And you could exactly when they chose to change gears.
OMG what a delivery that was by Warne. One of his finest.

Shane warne was the only difference between Australia and South Africa from 1997-2007
There are definitely some secrets of bowling shane didn't reveal
Nope he revealed all to who was willing to listen and learn tbh
What a Legend.
First one was plum....what's that cheating umpire doing
Bowl shane
Umpire and bowler both are no more.
Great decision
