OVERWATCH MATCHMAKING IS REALLY WEIRD, TODAY FROGGER. FROGGEROW. EXPERIENCES IT IN ITS FULL POTENTIAL. DIAMOND PLAYERS VS TOP 500. IT'S A SIGHT TO BEHOLD REALLY!
Also not really happy with this video, I get stressed when I can't get at least one video out a week so this might be lower quality. Have been doing a lot of IRL stuff + streaming a bunch. IRL stuff SHOULD be sorted soon though but we move. One punch doomfist video gonna be hype though so be ready for that!

This actually happened to me, I was a bronze tank against a bunch of golds and at the end of the game I got like 5 endorsements

@@That_Otaku_In_The_Corner yea its a sad thing that the game is basically tank v tank and you cant blame someone for just generally being worse than the other tank. Like especially if the tank is like im trying guys and just cant perform its normal but some people get super toxic like "Never que tank again" or Tank dif ofc as usual... its always the soujourns too lol

I really hope they revert this matchmaking change. It's really hard to have fun when you're getting curb stomped by masters players when you're supposed to be in plat. Like, just give me games where I can feel like I'm doing something. TLDR; game's not fun because I have skill issue

Use these matches to see in replay how they play and get better just from watching
I haven't had a single game with plats since I got to diamond, it's been all masters and gms this season
@@1449Phoenix only helps game sence. You should know that people who spend their entire day behind a pc have much better aim than those who dont... so still not very fun

This matchmaking is gonna have lasting placebo effects where even when it's fixed everyone is gonna think it isn't and still complain and play poorly because of it and still think it's bad because they're throwing
That's one frustrating thing about ow players. Sometimes, even if you're doing shit relatively well, the enemy team is just more in synch, or hit a better groove. The number of times I have seen "heal/tank diff" in chat after ONE lost fight is insane. (Usually from the dps with the lowest damage/kills in the match lol)

I was unranked in Tank & DPS, bronze 4 in support. I played Tank once & my first game put me in a lobby with Gold+ players full stacking. I told them I am not at their skill level & apologized to my team, everyone understood & even endorsed me later. But I never wanted to play ever again, why be the reason my team mates loose? This matchmaking is shambles.
For about 4 matches i have fun, competitive, thight matches, if i win, i get 6 wins in a row, and guess what? After that, comes 6, 7, 8 losses in a row. Thank you StressSimulator 2 / The SameGame 2

Yeah I only started playing overwatch at the start of overwatch 2 and even in like plat ranks there are games where one team will just wipe the floor with the other and finish cart with like 5 minutes on the clock still and the other team won’t even get a tick. I just don’t understand how that can happen, cause it’s not uncommon as well it happens all the time.

I expected silvers to have a stronger mental than that.

Yeah, it is. I ranked down to silver 1 from plat 4 this season's reset. Went 9/2 in diamond lobbies, and only ranked up to gold 4. Like, if you are gonna put me in diamond lobbies, at least make me plat again.

I don’t know why, but recently I’m finding people with the “Top 500 challenger” title every 5 matches on QP, as far as I know this wasn’t happening before, although honestly most of the time the match goes like a normal OW match.

matchmaking is the WORST my trio in bronze-silver will get a rando whose played the game for under a month against multiple gold/ plat players
teammates make or break the games. I don't even care if we lose if I'm having fun, but some people are so uptight, I literally had someone complaining in practice ai game...its ridiculous

The unfortunate part with match making rn is that DPS is the carry in a game. If you have a plat dps playing against a T500 DPS, that's just GG from the gate.
Sometimes you can figure it out, but it's DIFFICULT

The player names from the first round just fit so well to their characters! Except for Steve, I know he can do better. Love you Frog Man, would love to hear your cheek over some other games if OW isn't doing it for ya rn.
I feel the same with matchmaking. Its like the matchmaker itself decides the winner before the game even starts.
I’ve been playing with my friend who is a silver rein and im plat. Normally we piss people off but now we also have a bronze and master on our team because of matchmaking

Im a gold/plat player and its crazy having a silver on your team while the enemy has a diamond. It just feels either you dominate the enemy or they dominate you. No game feels balanced.

Maybe a dumb question but Why is it so hard to make matchmaking where people only play with other people that are the same rank or close to it?
As a diamond 5 who has only played overwatch about 300 hours and most of that was in gold, playing against grandmasters every 3 games is not epic!

Played a game yesterday and the enemy team had a grandmaster dps player.. highest I’ve ranked is plat in ow1 .. they had 10k damage while all other dps had like 6k by that point and they were like “HOW ARE WE LOSING” lol
My time in plat was elo hell. Constantly getting grandmasters as enemies.

i'm in Diamond ranked and i get matched with all GM - top 500 matches. its too much for my level.
im like gold to plat and im getting Diamond all the way to T500 players now and then. Just had a round where both tanks on each side were around T500and they were each murdering everyone...only reason why we won was probably cause I swapped to reaper to hard counter his monkey, and even then his mechanical skill was just insane to deal with
I triple deranked on a loss streak bc in high plat low diamond ive been getting unranked and silvers on my team vis 4 diamonds/plats and a silver / gold they did not fix matchmaking at all, and I wont be playing anymore till its fixed

I'd like to play more comp since I'm only gold, but yesterday my friend and I (both gold) got sent into a game with a dps who had basically never played. We got steamrolled and despite me ending out with 10k healing, the new dps ended the game 0-0-7 with less damage than me as mercy......
