I really like it when kpop groups under small companies get recognition. It makes me so proud. The fact that small companies still have the guts to release something in the midst of bigger groups from bigger companies is just so inspiring. Pure talent. No "company perks". Just TALENT. Fifty Fifty already solidified their career at this point, they’re the underdogs in kpop, big companies better watch out on them, it’s so impressive seeing their huge growth with cupid and the organic achievements this group is getting makes me think that it’s not impossible that they will take over the position of 4th gen leading girlgroups in the future, as long as they’ll be consistent in releasing good music. They’ll surely grow bigger

@@smashbro5 This is true! Companies tend to see what concept is working well and model their group that way. Twice was the resident cute girl group alongside G-Friend. And both were successful in their own right (Twice far more but I'm sure you get my point).
But when Black Pink solidified Girl Crush and brought it back from the 2NE1, 4Minute era, and then became overwhelmingly successful through it, the switch happened. Even boy groups who started out 'cute' became 'darker' or have dark elements now (Seventeen, Treasure, TXT etc though I also think for them, darker means more matured, idk). So this cute concept is such a surprise welcome compared to what is currently the mass kpop sound. Same thing applies to New Jeans. That 2000s sound even while singing about 'cute' things, puts them in a much different category that's appealing and nostalgic for some.
