Just as with other kinds of art -- painting, sculpture -- the name of the architect is of prime importance; it allows the viewer or visitor to find other work by the same person, and shows respect for the accomplishment. Of the three houses in this video, only the last one is identified by the name of its architect, Robert Smith. And, in which state do we find West Lafayette ? Purdue is mentioned, so we can guess that we're in Indiana. Locals wouldn't need to be told -- but UA-cam is an international resource. Don't miss the second part of this tour: ua-cam.com/video/NNmMQ3r4bWQ/v-deo.html
Beth Bartlett, and that’s why we need interior/exterior relationships, interior views, floor plans, etc. imagine sitting outside an FLW house and never leaving the perspective you see presented here- 2 people seated on the front lawn who, along with the camera crew, never leave their chairs.
I wish we could have seen more of the Grace House. It is absolutely stunning !!
My absolute favourite of all architecture 👍🏻
This is a nice collection of timeless , understated, mid century architecture.
That room at 1:40! Amazing!
God mid-century modern is so gorgeous, architecture as art! So refreshing from all the suburban aesthetic burn out
It would have been nice to actually tour the houses. Teaser video.
I'm so in love with these homes. It's a dream of mine to own one! I'd snap up a Frank Lloyd Wright if I won the lottery...
There are two in Marion, Indiana.

Thanks. JVC HDV and HDSLR.
Great camera work. What equipment did you use?
NOT great camera work! We literally did not see the homes.
That shine on his head at 6:25 🤣
Kurt, I'll come and do it for FREE!
Does your mother even like you? I'm guessing no one else does.
I cannot stand the term 'mid century modern'. Sounds so pseudo intellectual. Cringe.
The amateurs love it. Also ICONIC and EPIC.
