A brilliant VFX mod by Dantofu that gives the game's ADMM bright, fiery missile trails resembling the ones seen in Ace Combat 6: Fires of Liberation. With this, the ADMMs no look like miniature meteors as they rain destruction upon the target. Purely for visuals. Does not change any aspect of the missiles.

5. "Colored Afterburners" by CherrysDelight
This mod allows you to change the colour of all the aircraft afterburners in the game. You have a choice of many colours from original to legacy colours from older Ace Combat titles. NOTE: The YF-29 has its own afterburner colour and is unaffected by this mod. Similarly, the YF-29 does not affect the afterburner colours of other planes. Both mods can be used.

A mod that makes it a bit easier to hear rarely heard radio chatter in the game. Like Clown telling Trigger that he is inspired by him and learnt how to take out drones by watching Trigger in Mission 04.

It started out as an experiment, but the final result was extraordinary!!! Links to all mods and cipherunknown's guide to swap cutscene aircraft are in the video description! My heartfelt thanks to cipherunknown for making the guide and to Knight Valfodr whose video inspired me to try it!
It's a pity the change is to the cutscene only. But that itself is beyond awesome!!!!

I like how only Trigger and Count have unique liveries, while everyone else is "uniformed" (even if different liveries for each squadron, still, they all look the same lul)
That's not Count. That's Wiseman with Ozma Lee livery.
Count is Cyclops 2, beside Wiseman. One of the red ones. Cyclops Squadron has the red mobius livery, while the Strider Squadron has Havamal Rod Baltmer Liveries.

Ever since Ace Combat 2 we could really feel so many parallels and influences other shows like Macross and Gundam had on the series. Ace Combat 2 was practically Macross Plus towards the end. The XFA-27 closely resembling the VF-11 vallyries...the AI ZOE Commander Falken being really close in nature to the Ghost X-9 of Macross Plus. White vs Red. Rey vs Char. Those were the influences being utilized by many japanese games back then with Ace Combat being more bold in that regard.
Hello friend, a question, how to install the YF29 mod, since when I want to install it and play it with the su-47 it gives me a "Fatal Crash" error and it doesn't even let me see the plane
Check if you are using any mods that conflict with the Su-47 or any thing else. There's obviously some mod conflicting with it. You can also copy the crash log by hitting CTLR + C and share on some of the Ace Combat Discord to see what's up. Beyond that I don't know enough to give a detailed info or reason.
@@Archerxtreme I uninstalled all the mods and it still didn't work, I guess I'll see if some discord or some modding help me solve the problem, in the same way I sent an email to the creator of the mod on Nexus

No, I don't. First thing is, make a "~mods" folder in your game directory. Could be different depending on where you installed...but its something like "Steamlibrary/Ace Combat 7/Game/Content/Paks" or "steam/steamapps/common/Ace Combat 7/Game/Content/Paks"...the "~mods" folder should be created in the Paks folder. Place your mods in the folder and play.
is there a YF19 Mode for it?? XD
I think I saw a purely skin texture mod for an aircraft (i think ASF-X Shinden)....but didn't change the crafts stats or weapons. Quite frankly, it didn't look like a YF-19 to my eyes so I didn't grab it. I'm also hoping a better VF-27 mod is made. The current one doesn't look anything like it.

@@duelgundam Yes....and no. It's basically a remodelled Su-57. Purely for the looks. Speed, handling and special weapons are all the same....and to be honest it doesn't look like a VF-27. It's a mod inspired by the VF-27 with a few add ons. Most of the guns and missile bays are for show. The remodeled PLSL looks good though. So the PLSL in the weapon selection screen and all the planes that have them have also changed.

I had kinda blocked it out of my brain after seeing it by chance the first time.
@@duelgundam Well, my eyesight aint great but manageable when i take my glasses off, so I can at times fool myself into thinking it looks like one. And it makes for a good temporary substitute for a cutscene edit featuring a duel between YF-29 and pseudo VF-27. That being said, i do like the PLSL model change that the mod comes with. You'll see that from Mission 16 onwards in my playlist. The PLSL model change i mean.
