One thing I wished you would’ve mentioned was his unique bindings. He uses L2 for air roll left, which allows him to control how fast he rolls depending on how hard he presses the trigger. It also allows him to press it lightly and still air roll left without flipping when he uses his second jump. No idea how nobody has thought to do it before him, but a ton of pros are starting to copy it.

This young dude is incredible. Watched a prior video showing his advancements along the way from not knowing how to air roll all the way to the best player in the world. It's truly incredible what you can achieve if your dedicated and give it your all. Majority of people possess the ability to be extremely good at many things, we just don't put enough dedication and obsessiveness into these things. I heard something along the lines of being really really good at something is just being obsessed with a hobby. so find what you enjoy and be obsessed.

I am amazed that I predicted back in 2021 after watching Zen that he was an absolute player to watch, but I could not have truely predicted him becoming essentially the best Rocket League player in the history of the game. He is amazingly consistent in 1’s, 2’s and 3’s, has won his first three RLCS debuts and amassed such a following that has not been seen since Justin scored his (then) insane famous goal. I have to agree with Wayton on this one and will certainly echo the sentiment that Zen does indeed deserve his own tier of player skill level. He has, without a doubt, set the bar for the game. I can’t say much else except that I am keen to watch him play and perform in the future.

Zen killed it in his RLCS debut and Vitality crushed it by being the first main region team to win all three regionals in a split. They've totally changed the game in Rocket League.

I just want to say Wayton, this is an extremely well produced video; it gives me the same level of Joy when Sunless would create these sort of videos as well. Just having the excitement build and build. You've truly got a talent for story telling!

Yo this video is awesome! Lol. I’ve never watched or played rocket league. I’ve heard about it tho. This is my first peak into the game. And wow Zen sounds like when Lebron James first hit the scene and nobody ain’t ever seen something like him. Lmao. I might have to stick around and watch this Zen guys career play out lol.
The creator of this video did an amazing job explaining things and you can tell he actually appreciates the skill it takes to play at such an elite level of a game. Gg’s all around lol

Zen has unique keybinds that make him so good, he has airroll left and right on his right stick which gives him speed control and accuracy while airrolling and gives him a mechanical advantage

This guy kinda reminds me of novel, know by many as the best freestyler of all times, the way he was hiting clips back in the days were way, but way ahead of any freestyler in that era, he was just phenomenal. That is the word to describe zen, phenomenal and creative

Great video. Like better than I could hope to make with years of practice. I wish it would have ended with a look to the future for Zen. Like maybe an interview with him or like what he needs to accomplish to become the best of all time. For real though, INSANE video!
