Ken Loach has got it spot on. I had a serious mental breakdown and I was so ill I couldn’t even hold a pen to sign a a form. I live with PTSD and a immunodeficiency illness. I have agoraphobia and I was told I was fit for work. I wAs to sick and unstable to attend a interview. Because I couldn’t attend I had my money stopped. It left me penny less and I was left with no money ,no food. And had to move out of the flat I was living in. I ended up living with friends who could not afford to feed me as well as their children. I am recovering from my breakdown but still unable to work but still the government people who assessed me still think 8 am able to work. This government do not care about me or any other person who is sick physically or mentally. Poverty is beyond normal and is raising. This country is the 5th richest country in the world. This government are criminal and we need to get them out of power. They lied to all of you who voted to leave the EU to have more control over the people of the UK and they work d on the fear of refugees coming in to the UK . All the terrorism attack’s have stoped now Brexit is done and the greedy Tory government has got what it wanted. Bread fear in people and they are easier to push around.. Funny that hey ?

The point is, he might have a few million but he cares about the plight of other less fortunate than himself which is sadly lacking in todays society. The report he had back was full of lies. He can barely walk. His mind is not right. It is so cruel. Saying they are creating more jobs, what point is there of this - if people are too sick to work? This bloke is very lucky to be sat on tv, as a blind policitican. What the hell is going on in this country? Where people at the top cream money, people get away without paying taxes. People are making money from housing, and others - are denied the basic rights for benefits when they have worked all of their lives paying into the system? It is a joke.

Three separate diagnosis, from three different medical experts. 25 minutes with a physiotherapist, who had never heard of one diagnosis, and I was told I was fit for work. Twice this has happened now, twice I have gone to appeal and won. Twice they have put me through that. It didn't do my health any good. I am also one of the people who has been asked - at more than one assessment - why haven't I committed suicide yet.
I was self employed, loved what I did, was good at it, and was heartbroken not to be able to do any of it - probably ever - again. I worked and paid taxes from the age of 16 without a single day of unemployment. At the age of 58 I had a heart attack and was medically made redundant from my job. My experiences with the system were appalling. I was treated on a very shabby way and, because I’d worked hard and bought my own home and had savings, my entitlement was an absolute pittance. I had to find a job to survive. I did and at 63 with a dodgy ticker, I’m still working - and shift work too. The whole system is in a complete mess. I found that everything I had contributed over the years amounted to nothing. And it isn’t just the tories either.....

The big difference here is that Ken loach has researched, been part of and spoken to ordinary people going through the benefits system and all the suffering it causes. Kwartang hasn't done any of these things because he dismisses them off hand because, like the Tory party(and the government as a whole) they have become so removed from the lives of ordinary folk. Government is a business, politicians don't go into politics to represent the people, they go into politics to represent the wealthy elites interests, consequently(and deliberately)profiteering from a corrupt system that is geared to serve a few while forcing the majority to fund it.
