Around the Jewish World in 613 Seconds! PANAMA!

It was fascinating to meet David and Margie and learn about the vibrancy of Jewish life in Panama! The city is bustling with kosher restaurants, schools and synagogues and is home to between 10,000 to 15,000 Jews. Because of its narrowness and location between the Caribbean and Pacific, Panama has the distinction of being the only place on earth where people can watch the sun rise in the Pacific and set in the Atlantic.
