i think the only one who understood his purpose for acting as a treacherous emperor was CC, Suzaku, and i think nunnally understood what happend when she touch Lelouch when he was dying.. and they talked and it ended with lelouch saying "Yes... Code geass Akito the exiled. It takes place between seasons 1 and 2 and came out around 2015. It is a set of 5 movies. Though lelouch is not the main character. He is prominently show on episode 3. Also the story itself is really good and builds up th EU which we barely see in the original series as well as adding more to the geass mythology

(Coz at the end the world is going to consider zero as a hero) And, I think Nina also know it coz Lelouch probably told her everything to get her help in F.L.E.I.J.A. counter-measure. I'm telling this based on their last conversation, where she tells she cannot forgive Zero for the murder, but was happy to be a part of those who wanted to make euphy's dream come true. And, I'm not sure but I think others involved in Zero requim also got to know it coz they were not under his geass, but they all decided to help him, to make zero a hero for world peace(tho initially many of them were anti-zero), so probably lelouch told them everything. So, I was actually thinking that, Cornelia was very much determined to prove Euphemia innocent. So, she will try to know the truth at any cost. At the end, she figured out about the zero requim, so eventually I think she would become empathetic to lelouch both for their relation & his work. Now, if she comes to know the truth from Jeremiah, Suzaku or Nina she would probably make it public(chances are quite slim, bcoz of uncertain consequences) or at least disclose it within the United Federation of Nations & Black knights.

And it also made him more guilt trip as it would make him work for the world for what Euphemia died rather than a death due to an accident. If Lelouch had told him truth it would have made Euphemia's death meaningless.
