Featuring interviews with Clayton Bailey, Irving Marcus, David Gilhooly, Maija Peeples-Bright, Peter Selz, Phil Linhares, Jim Nutt, Gladys Nilsson and others.
    Produced and directed by Laurence Campling.

    Thank you for this warm and generous documentary. David Gilhooly was my art professor at Davis. I still have one of his Candy Store postcards from the 70’s. So fine to see the Davis and Sac State and Folsom art world come to life again with the stories of those who made it happen. What a labor of love.

    I went there as a small boy, vaguely remember it. It was a grown up thing. I remember visiting Gillhooly’s house briefly and Arneson. Long time ago
