You are true and sincere Kenyan Teresia wachira , this is Smth that most people don't see , I agree with you more than 100% when you say maraga has failed us totally, the president and DPP are honest about the fight of corruption but the judiciary is very quite , I have never heard Maraga go against any decicison that has been made by judiciary there are always correct yet we have no leader found guilty, on my opinion I believe judiciary is the most corrupt not the police , may be because we don't see them when they are given 'chai' unlike the police .if the president can read this I will him love him to 'revist' the JUDICIARY . even the AG office

This man is doing a very good job. But there are others who tried to fight against corruption but there were either assassinated or eliminated I hope he guards himself all the time.
Why Kenya has only one prosecutor. Kenya should have at least ten sub prosecutors that are assigned different region or districts.
The only way to fight corruption in Kenya is to have strong accountant system that is so transparency that even public citizens can follow where every dollar is spend.
Another way of fighting corruption is to start prosecuting even VP William Ruto who stole alots of public assets. Leadership starts from top to bottom.
I remember in 2009 a Somali cid Chief in Mombasa port was assassinated just becouse he didn’t clear goods of drugs coming through port of Mombasa.
The corruption system is well sophisticated and well connected to high ranking government officials.
It’s very shame that Kenya don’t have a very sophisticated software accountant that can follow every dollar where about.

This gentleman is do great but the judiciary is corrupt and working against him sorry. Kenya is lotten with corruption. I asked myself the same question why are they still in office while they have a case in court ?? The DCI can not work with this corrupted judiciary sorry.

Yes institution should take responsibility stop blaming the president his not a dictator to guard this independent institution Kenyans should understand that .
These Churches receiving millions in form of donations from suspicious people every Sunday should also be investigated and if found guilty should be charged with money laundering. Ordinary Kenyans are suffering yet some people are carrying millions in paper bags to donate. Where do they get that kind of money?

The DPP is right in clarifying the challenges fight against corruption is facing in Kenya. The DCI in conjunction with EACC investigates matters of corruption and present the files to the DPP to review and determine if there is sufficient evidence to prosecute. Once charges are made, courts should hear the matters expeditiously. Kethi's case is of 2013 and up to this day, it has not been dispensed with. Others have slowed due to conservatory orders of courts being given undermining the investigations. It's absurd that the judiciary has allowed to be played by it officers and the lawyers as LSK looks the other way when its members are frustrating justice in this country.

After listening to you bwana DPP and I feel you have steep uphill task, where though you don't wish to admit it, you are making tortoise progress, due deliberate non cooperation from other independent offices. Your body language speaks volumes of committed but hands tied situation. It will be disappointing to see leave office with more gray hairs, than you came in office, and with nothing significant to show for your tenure in that office. No reasonable person would blame you.
