- It's been two weeks since the raids at the homes of Sean "Diddy" Combs, and while there hasn't been a lot of new information released to the public, there's still movement behind the scenes. FOX 5 NY's Lisa Evers spoke with a former federal prosecutor about where the investigation likely stands.

Mr Foxx falls under the category of throw away people like many of the singers and actors and music executives on the Ditty’s list. His list will not be protected it will be free game . Unlike Jeff’s list that the press has gone silent about it. Ditty’s list names are getting leaked all most every day. The government is going to hit Ditty’s list big time.

Clearly no one listened to the lady who was speaking on the experience of this situation. Feds want and need to question a lot of witnesses before they begin to indict. There's a lot of levels to FBI investigations to get a solid case before they just go locking people up. They want that case as solid as R Kelly's so Diddy doesn't go free. They've been investigating him for a while. It didn't just come out of nowhere and they will not rush to arrest him just because the searches went public, and people are lusting for it.
Took weeks/months to take R kelly down.

It wouldn’t matter regardless if he’s prosecuted or not. He messed up big time. Think about it? All of the spotlight has been off of him for so long! The only time he showed up anywhere is to celebrate something, other than that we just see him in his lap of luxury enjoying life. That’s all going to change! I did some digging as well, and I noticed he opened up a trust and holdings company for his kids, called “combs cartel“ lol. Just the name alone indicates he likes being outside the law lol even though it’s just the name of an entity, it goes along way. They may use him as a scapegoat, so that no other important figures will get touched. for example if he had any politician in his house, who did something stupid, you can bet your ass that they’re going to throw the book at him, and everybody in a circle will deny and deny. Odds are they didn’t find anything however, they probably are doing further investigations.they wouldn’t of have conducted those searches if they didn’t know. However, I don’t think Puff Daddy would’ve had anything incriminating basically as a precaution of this ever happening.
