This is so true ki when people in real sense want to adopt social changes then only socially society would progress. I used to say ki when I'll become an IAS officer I'll do this, I'll do that, but pehle it's important to amend people's thinking and they should show the willingness to adopt measures or else forcibly we cannot make people to adopt anything.
