It’s not maganda at all! Are you kidding me? Please stop, you need to be honest with your self and your customers that it’s plain design and overpriced by at list 40%
It doesnt seem to be that OP, though a discount wouldn't be amiss, considering that's its made out of concrete and quite spacious, it seems a viable option for a purchase, especially given the spacious rooms. I dislike seeing a good-sized master bedroom then nothing but cabinets for the 2nd,3rd or 4th bedroom, where all you can have in it are basically the bed and a cabinet.
This is worth buying.Nice house.
