I'm trying to find a course that would go over everything I need to set up my local lead gen agency, but can't find anything. Do you have a suggestion? (I want to coach with you, but can't afford it yet, and just need a step-by-step video course for now)
I want to make one of these eventually! I don't know of any besides the stuff HighLevel itself puts out - support articles and the Lead Gen Playbook specifically. I learned it through a $1500 course that isn't sold anymore and help from a firend

Great vid! Unrelated, but do you think its a bad niche if it fits all the criteria but when you look up buisnesses in the niche theyre all old fashioned and look like they dont care about social media? They dont have fb pixel for example
Most people don’t have a Fb pixel haha. It just depends who you want to help. Helping those types of businesses transition is a great model

Hi Keaton, I'm curious to know how much do you make from working with the orthodontist niche and how many clients do you have?
About 35-45 clients any given month. ~$70k/mo top line revenue

I would try SMS or Facebook

Do you need to buy a new phone number for each client on ghl? Won't it be confusing for the customers to get texted by a random number claiming to be that business + when they call they call a different number? Thanks Keaton

Hey Keaton, I have so many questions that I need advice on. So I am good on the outreaching strategies and know for sure I can book a client but my question is what to do after? I have a presentation but how should I structure my call from introduction > case study > facebook ad plan > close. After I close them, I have to figure out how will I set them up in facebook ads so they will run properly, and explain to them what to do with the leads, set up the client portal, etc. it’s a lot to do, any advice? I’m currently trying to set up my Facebook page and businesses managers and figuring out the client portal and Facebook onboarding process. Also, I love Go high level, I seen it before but I don’t want to start a free trial right when I sign a client and figure out what I’m doing after. Is the system easy enough for me to figure out the same day after signing a client and starting a free trial?
No it will take you a while to learn.
My advice is sign up for a free trial (use my link 😃- bit.ly/kwhighlevel) and poke around for a couple of weeks. Practice setting stuff up like you have a client etc, then ask them to extend your trial for another 14 days (they will do it). Then get your client signed ASAP. If you need to cancel the one account and then re-sign once you get a client that’s fine as well

Depends a lot on the area, offer, and scheduling team. Probably 20

You put your own brand one something someone else provides
No one has time to listen to all the fluff. Get to the point and stroke them on your own time

Yeah friend them and message them at the same time. Some will go to spam but some will go directly to them
