Newton isn't what is once was.......now it's high property taxes, high rents, parking violations, congestion. My 725 sq ft tiny one bedroom basement condo = $3000 a year in property taxes. If you didn't buy-in 20 years ago it's unaffordable unless you, your spouse, your kids and dog or cat are all pitching in monthly

Gentrification killed newton. 50 years ago this was a nice "leave it to beaver" type place. Now it's rude people and million dollar homes.
