Glad to see feeding videos back. I bought my rays from you based on seeing them born as pups and fed on your videos.

Try putting cardboard over the tank’s top and between the row on the top of the isle to cut light out of the tank to get them to eat. Make it dark. Might help. Or lay cloth or towels over the tank at meal time to cut light?

This guy is such a nice dude and really fun to watch and learn about fish.... I like these vids of him enjoying fish stuff that is outside of his business as basically a master stingray breeder ..... I think master stingray breeder would be the accurate term? I don't know the levels or how else you could classify it?
Regardless it is fun to watch and I hope him and his family keep doing great! (and keep doing vids after he gets his Rays back from OFR!)

I just ordered one of the imperial loaches from Rodrigo at predatory fins and it was a little reluctant to eat for me at first. But definitely responded to blood worms. I was very nervous when I got that fish delivered to me they were very cold the heat pack was no longer warm and that was only overnight up the East Coast. I know most loaches do not do well in cold water very susceptible to ick. I acclimated them very slowly and 3 days later now and it seems to be doing well.. so glad you guys brought these fish in hard to find I've been on the search for one for a long time.

The other fish I ordered was a Wells not an albino can't afford that LOL. But they will fight with cichlids I lost my first wells because he was fighting with my starry night cichlid. He ended up jumping out in the middle of the night through a little hole in the back of the cover where the filter hose came in, so be careful if they're not happy they'll jump.

@@StingrayBiology oh lucky for them I used to own a 8 x 4 x 3 above ground pond with koi fish & gold fish in my back yard along with a 80 gallon fish tank in door I had to get rid all my fish after hitting hard times but kept my fish tank for 5 years outside covered up in the corner of my sister parking lot to her apartment building knowing that one day I'll set it back up just 3 month ago finally got my own place and after seeing you and rod purchasing fish realize that I've had this feeling like something Is missing to officially calling my place home was my fish tank my intention was to reach out to you and inquire about the gild fish before you officially move out of state since I stay in LOS ANGELES but someone beat me to the punch I'll be on the look out since you said you will be looking into getting some high end gold fish that's exactly what I like something simple but different that has a wow factor to it thanks for the reply update best wishes on the move

Electric eels have very poor eyesight they're almost blind they don't use her eyes they use electrical field if you were to put a voltage monitor in there that would hook up to a speaker and every time those guys would let out electrical pulse it would kick you would hear that thing kicking constantly all day long because they put electrical field completely around their body that's when they know when a fish can swim by when they're out hunting
