    Srinivas garu ...35k you told but most of the members tried for 50-1 lakh in auction, now almost 60-70% members dropped ...And yes you are perfectly right ...Mokila price range is between 35-40k for 2023 second quarter ...We are expecting more information and videos from you to save investors and also more ideas/suggestions to invest in right place with right price ....kudos to your service 🎉🎉🎉

      @@GK-is4cn yes Area has potential but per square yard price of 70 thousand to 1Lakh is very high for that location as of now.

      @@manikantapitchuka yes once developed its worth 70k and after Neopolis developments in three or 5 years it may go up to 120k. I bought plot here for 60 k and visited place as well
