Maybe because I used to play a lot of soccer (football) as a kid.

Actually doing it from home it even better because using your body weight instead of weights is great! I'll do a video on exercises from home or while traveling👌🏽
using weights is better tho, after you finish the stages of beginner ab workouts.. once you finally get your body use to working abs with normal body weight, up it with weights you'll feel it more.
nah, don't.. I got a nasty cold on Tuesday and haven't been to the gym in like.. 5 days coming from someone who goes to the gym religiously.. you need your body to rest. don't push it, work out when you feel better.
Lazy?! Showing up to workout is tough enough. Elliptical HAS to be more difficult than tred. Honestly, ur ripped and have like a pro athlete's physique. Wow. Amazing. These vids are cool, if you like making 'em.
