    You should make an exercise channel 💪🏽 I would love working out with you rather than alone by myself , it makes me not want to do it when it's quite especially bc my gym is at home 😒🏋🏽💪🏽💙

    Thank you so much! - I've been looking for some ab exercise vids for some time now - this helps so much :) ♦ ♥
    edit: my legs are so much stronger than my hands - I can barely lift 5-10 kg weights with my hands but with my legs I can push/lift around 30-60 kg. Maybe because I used to play a lot of soccer (football) as a kid.

    Thank you very much for this feature. It was very informative. I have recently had a kidney transplant and have gained so much weight; from 63kg to 85kg. I have been fretting over how to lose the weight once I'm allowed to start exercising again. I would like to see more features like this if you please and your meal regimen. Thanks again.     You can jump really high! 😳. I noticed your abs a few videos back and I'm sure everyone was wondering how you keep so fit. Great fitness routine. I'd definitely like to see you incorporate your fitness and health into the vlogs. I looked at your abs and got really motivated on getting my ab lines back. They are coming in nicely!       Actually doing it from home it even better because using your body weight instead of weights is great! I'll do a video on exercises from home or while traveling👌🏽

      using weights is better tho, after you finish the stages of beginner ab workouts.. once you finally get your body use to working abs with normal body weight, up it with weights you'll feel it more.

      nah, don't.. I got a nasty cold on Tuesday and haven't been to the gym in like.. 5 days coming from someone who goes to the gym religiously.. you need your body to rest. don't push it, work out when you feel better.

    Lazy?! Showing up to workout is tough enough. Elliptical HAS to be more difficult than tred. Honestly, ur ripped and have like a pro athlete's physique. Wow. Amazing.
