I find that people here are surprised that some countries that they think are poor have skyscrapers. Maybe search more because some countries have biased media. They only show the bad image of the country; that this country is very poor, dirty, etc. for their own agenda. But when you look at it, they have these beautiful buildings and scenery. One of the examples is the Philippines. It was long known for its polluted rivers and slum communities. That is why we were surprised to see that they have so many skyscrapers. In fact, most of the Filipinos didn't even know that their country was developing. So I want to say that don't judge them by just watching the news because the news today will show only what they want to show.

One reason is that joint venture projects between Malaysia and China, including the Iskandria Johor project and Malaysia's new metropolis, have not yet been completed.

More futuristic cities are being built in China. Middle Eastern cities are small compared to Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen and Guangzhou. I lived in Kuwait City,. and it is not interesting as Singapore or Bangkok.

The gap is too wide. China with 3k ++ and USA with 1k ++ skyscrapers. While both Korea and Malaysia do only have 300 ++ each. It's still far away and needs a long long time to build more skyscrapers for that many to get close with those China and USA.
@@mrrizz4330 I agree with your opinion to over come the USA and China is difficult but to maintain the top 10 list is not impossible. One reason is that joint venture projects between Malaysia and China, including the Iskandria Johor project and Malaysia's new metropolis, have not yet been completed.
Corruption is the one who's holding Philippine economy, my mom is working overseas and I'm following her steps too cuz the labor in here is really cheap. But our economy is slowly getting better and I hope it keeps that way so that no one needs to work abroad to earn their worth.

Buat orang² Indonesia di kota mana saja tidak usah bangga dengan gedung tinggi, kedepannya tidak perlu berlomba di urutan berapa, lahan tanah masih cukup, bangunan di buat lebar saja atau setidaknya 5 lantai saja dan kesan mewah lebih baik daripada menjulang tinggi. Itu gedung di buat tinggi khusus kota² atau negara kecil jadi gedungnya sampe langit buat tampung orang tinggal atau pegawai. Dan secanggih atau sekuat apapun, gempa itu ada saatnya begitu kuat kita tidak pernah tahu, walaupun tidak dapat menghindar dari musibah setidaknya tidak mati konyol di dalam gedung di lantai 2000 yang akhirnya rata menjadi 200M hehehe. Memanglah manusia yang membinasakan diri sendiri pada akhirnya. Mudah²an tidak ikut²an trend gedung tinggi😁✌
