Saw one of these float down a couple of weeks ago in Indianapolis. Fortunately the pilot and passenger escaped injury . I could not believe what I was seeing. They we’re very lucky that the plane came down in an open area. I didn’t hear what caused the problem but I heard the plane is totaled.
You should be glad you saw it float down and not rocket down 😩Thats what the parachute is for! (I just realised the way I worded this does not work, I meant to say that it's good that there is a parachute cus if not then the pilot and passenger may not have been so lucky lol)
@@vip3rnb762 so yes, I’m a pilot with almost 5000 hours, in fact I have flown the SF 50. I know all about the Cirrus air frame parachute system. My point is while floating down the pilot has no control over where it will land.
@@chestergood4035 Ahh yes must be scary just not being in control, I'm not a pilot myself but I want to be when I'm older. Maybe not commercial though cus I want to be more free with my time.
@@El-Jefe The CAPS system did its job. There are several CAPS repaired planes still flying which is a testament to the system and the repair procedures.
The Vision Jet is a great plane and I enjoyed the video. I would have preferred to hear ATC audio instead of the music. I couldn't read the radar settings, but what ever they were, it didn't look very useful.
It is crazy, this is the aircraft I fly in Microsoft Flight Simulator and it seems to be an almost perfect simulation of this jet. One question I do have, if you are right handed is it awkward to fly the aircraft left handed?

This was very long taxi. How much gas did you waste? Also on radar screen I saw red color and u are not supposed to take off into red if it is showing up on the radar screen from what I understand
The red on the radar is the radar painting the ground when that low and at low tilt angles. called ground clutter, look it up, not actual severe storms!!
You just messed that video up with that background music. The ambient sound of a jet engine sounds way better than the poor choice of background music that this Chanel uploaded

Mérida-Toluca sin problema. Es presurizado, no necesita preocuparse por el oxígeno.

I am not sure it was a good decision to take-off in that kind of weather. Personally I would have probably waited 30 min
The weather and the TAF at the airport was VFR when we took off from Cancun
prefer to listen to the radio talk not music. we are pilots. Not passengers
