Couple Dollar Trees around me had all kinds of surging sparks blisters at a reasonable price of $5. Got a couple packs and got some good hits; unfortunately, not the Pikachu but some illustrations rares. Definitely go check your dollar trees; just don't buy all the packs and leave some for others, lol.
