Impressive. Are these soft coolers mainly for ease of carrying compared to the hard style? Also is the interior plastic strong and thick to withstand punctures?
RTIC zippers aren't as durable as the Yeti, cuz it seems like they tend to break and u only get a 1yr.warranty Yeti u get 3. Mines just broke after having it for 5yrs. s the main issue
@@SmoothbassmanStudios how's ur RTIC cooler holding up? My zipper just popped after 5yrs. Would u still recommend getting another or try another brand?
@@andrewilliams9921 Mine is still working great. I use it on my motorcycle primarily now. I did make the jump and scooped a YETI backpack cooler and that's my daily driver now. Got it before RTIC made one of their own.
That's pretty impressive. Would love to see someone run theirs over with a truck like Yeti did in their tests. It's not a real world scenario but it does attest to their ruggedness. Nevertheless, very impressed sir.
Steve Kim yeah, Not practical. When was the last time you ran a cooler over with a truck? everyday use is important and this cooler has held up. It's well made and a great value versus Yeti. I have two soft coolers from RTIC now and two Rotomolded. They both over the same performance as Yeti at a fraction of the cost. It's a great cooler for the family outings. Holds ice good for about 2-3 days.
RTIC will certainly have you to thank for their sales. Your video is perfect and just enough of a customer review to sell me. Thanks.
Sealed the deal for me. Quality product vs Yeti minus 250+ bones. No YUPI Fooler for me!
Nice review. Why can't all the cooler reviews be like this? Short sweet and to the point. I don't care about a 4 day time lapse ice test.
thanks for the good review
yeah great review, where can i order mine
Impressive.

Was there no “sweating” or moisture on the outside of the cooler ?
Nope. Still works great years later.

Well done thanks

I thought for sure it was going to leak some water....does the cooler itself feel like its well made?
Yes it's very well made. Everywhere I take this thing people ask about it. it's a great value.

Guy said he's had the
"cooler in back of his truck for a few days" yet the tag is still on the cooler and looks brand new lol
