You have to use the FactoryTalk Administrator Console to reconnect. However, you will need username and password. Be sure that your malware scanners and VPN are not blocking the traffic. If you have lost or could not remember your username and password, try using the ResDir tool. This should help you if you do not have or lost your user credentails to the Factory Talk login.
