Only 3000 view???? It is so typical of today's culure. People watch some Johnny MotherF-ker from Texas playing banjo, but have no clue about this artist - probably the bestever lived on this planet.
I suppose you're speaking of the US. It's more a matter of culture more than time period I think - Russians should know about this music, Americans, of course, will be more familiar with Texan banjo music.
