In my case a mandatory child support bill would not have been good for me or my son. After about 6 months of having custody of my son & child support from me, my ex decided she wanted me to take him, but under the condition she would not have to pay me child support. I did not hesitate to agree because I wanted my son so bad. I raised him from age 3 to 18. I never saw a dime from her during that time. He is now 44.
There is none because she got pregnant. It's her fault,right?
