JLaw was fire, prolly the best overall quality fs. First lady was def the best value, only a 1 hour session and she was able to give some simple effective drills to supply quick results

Honestly the First Lady was the best, she was skilled, taught simple but effective drills, still not as laciest as the 2nd dude but not as intense as the third guy. For the price you can’t really ask for anything else.

All these are hell expensive, 130 per hour is insane 😂. Most of the time you can just look up UA-cam videos and form your own workout to your needs & skills all you need is a homie who gonna rebound

cash, I fw u, but u can’t demand mannerism and respect if ur showing up 20-30 minutes late to these training session. That is their job, representing their own brand. Cant be showing up on ur clock. Has to be theirs
I mean it doesn’t really matter since he’s paying them regardless. He can show up with 10 minutes left in his session and he will still have to pay full price.

I mean you said how you’re big on respect but you show up 20 minutes late lol. You shouldn’t necessarily except to get respect back, referring to the trainer not standing up for the handshake. Now wether you being late had anything to do with him not standing up is a different story. But if you’re gonna be late like that you can’t always expect respect especially with a person you don’t know. I don’t think he shouldn’t have stood up cuz it’s childish to be disrespectful to someone just cuz they were late but if he did it on purpose you could see where he’s coming from. Kind of an awkward situation tbh.

I’ll say this, basketball is about styles, much like martial arts, learning the fundamentals is great but once you understand the fundamentals. You find your own swag/style of play. The key is confidence and keep it simple. The more you overthink the game, you will make it harder. And most importantly have fun!

J-Law the best trainer which is obviously why he works with guys like lavine, mccollum, and klay, but the first lady was definetely the best pricing, she seemed a good amount better than the second guuy and charged half as much too

both the low and mid tiered were good value for your buck. you can learn a lot with the low and mid tiered trainers. I think that if you have that extra cash, or if you can get family to buy you a nice package deal, then pull the trigger for jlaw bball.
tho it wasn't professional that 2nd person didn't stand up to shake hands, it's NOT FAIR that cash nasty came late. he also taught valuable lessons to protect ball not by crossing over, but behind the back or thru the legs, as well as switching on odd number so you're not relying on dominant hand/side.

Markes was definitely the most articulate and you can tell he works with the pros! I watched his explanation about sitting down, he had a foot injury and didn’t know who cash was at first. But he gave the best direction! I vote for him
You def his fam or dist. relatives coming in with the empathy support. He was by far the WORST coach out of everybody there. No eye contacts, useless jargons instead of basic fundamentals, limited vocabulary, low energy and non-existent encouragements. Ain’t no way anybody paying $130 with such low professionalism and attitudes.

If i was in the LA area and living there i’d book her for some lessons a couple times a month honestly, the second dude was on something but his clear frustration won’t making the learning process easier even tho he had a nice pace to it. And JLaw is JLaw so if you got the money for it then go ahead but i’d recommend the first trainer honestly

I really liked the first trainer. She was legit and knew her stuff. I learned a couple things from her. She explained the veer step better than anyone I’ve ever seen

You can toss that second one out due to the disrespect. Im very high on that. Now between the first and the third one is a toss up, but I have to give the edge to the last one. Repetitions turns into muscle memory. Simple, yet effective

Being honest 1st & 3rd Trainer was the best as far as more energetic, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and just great trainers over all. If I wanted a trainer I would pick 1st one because it fits my budget and if I could afford going to a higher level more expensive trainer then obviously J 3rd one.
he gave some good advice about being sharp, and quick cause it look like you were a lil heavy and like shooting could be a lil quicker and etc… I’ll give it like a solid 8 not bad just a few tweaks
