what do you weigh.... 40kilos or maybe 31 mph was down hill with the motor switched off. Because if you actually unlock the max. speed you should be able to hit 70km/h.
28 km/h and NOT miles per hour is just too slow, but its what many brands of scooters are 'limited' to by law. You can cut the white wire inside the front of the deck or you might be able to unlock the maximum speed via the controller on the bar. * there are a couple of vids on UA-cam that explain how. But you can expect upwards of 70km/h in mode 3 if your are under 70kg's.
I got same scooter , zero 9. I got same speeds as you , except my top speed was 29.4 mph. So much fun .
