OTT was not the problem, the problem was the company members were getting robbed and bitch about and killed. OTT character cared for the employees while micky' benji mainly did not. OTT solution was to fight back and when they did the robbings stopped, They gained respect. But the problem was ott being the solution. OTT never broke company rules and always abided by what the board agreed on. Benji on the other hand never did. He never even paid the weekly fee. The problem was ott calling them out on their bullshit so he had to go.
