I feel like Fulgrim actually wants Dorn to try and convince him, and that's why he keeps asking it, but the demon possessing him is turning his pleas into mockery.
GW most do something with the Clone of Fulgrim, they might craft something, a storyline involving the Clone of Fulgrim, Current Emperor Children in 40k and of course Trazyn/Necron's.
Unfortunetly said deamon was later ejected from the body by Fulgrim, who then got even more evil. I think he wanted to grandstand and monlouge, to hear his brother beg him to return and to enjoy the pain inflicted when he refused. Its eating him alive that dorn is NOT playing. Hes just going to silently beat him to death then move on to other, more important things.

But, the mix of slanneshi corruption and his own pride makes him refuse it every step of the way, which only fuels slanneh's ideals of pain and pleasure. Still amazes me that people try to say Dorn didn’t really do anything here because “Fulgrim wasn’t really trying” yet you see multiple times, him fighting hard to kill Dorn, and you see how shocked he is that the plans failed, and even in the end when he says he cannot die, he says he still feels pain and doesn’t want to take any more of it. Fulgrim was absolutely trying to Kill Dorn, and was absolutely committed to fighting, hence going on with the plan, and committing his entire legion to be slaughtered.
I get that this is a moment to hype Rogal up. It just annoys me that Fulgrim is always depicted so poorly. The writers never seemed to have written him well and it just compounds over and over again.
