Приветствую.У тебя отличная мини ферма 🎉 . Хотелось бы себе такую , но у меня сейчас зима мороз - 15 и снег 45 см 😊 . Хорошо когда тепло весь год . Желаю успехов .
Dexter, the warmer water gets, the less dissolved oxygen it can hold, the colder the water is, the more dissolved water it can hold. So it could be a temperature issue, maybe use a shade cloth so the direct sunlight doesn’t warm the water as much! Because that water isn’t that deep, I’m sure it warms pretty quickly, more and more each day, especially during the warmer times of year…
Considering your mud pound and getting more oxygen in to your water I have an idea use a air pump it just needs air and electricity of course put the outlets at the bottom of your pond maybe put some bricks under the outlet for so mud doesn’t go up
Sa natural breeding sir ilang oras bago matapos mangitlog ang babaeng breeder sir at ilang oras bago magpisa ang itlog po at ilang oras din po bago tangagalin ang mga breeder po
Dex if the pond doesn't have a filtration system that removes the physical waste, the dissolved oxygen levels will always be low. Regardless of how much air and water pumping you install. Build up of waste and low movement of the lower water column creates high anaerobic bacteria and total dissolved solids (tds) which will not permit more preferred oxygen levels. Water doesn't stop absorbing oxygen, but the warmer water gets, the less dissolved oxygen it can hold. Even water at 20 degrees Celsius can only hold about 9 - 9.2 mg per litre of dissolved oxygen. And ideally koi do best at levels of 7 mg per litre of dissolved oxygen and higher. You'll need to get the lower part of the water column moving to avoid "oxygen dead" areas. A paddle wheel (or two) that can reach the lower water column should solve your problem. As well as lowering the population density.
Lower population density and put paddle wheels to move bottom layer of water...down there is most likely stagnant and heavy with anaerobic bacteria. Koi need higher oxygen levels.
Also, wind direction always blows from East to West regularly. Amihan is northeast while habagat is southwest. Kung naay obstructions/structures blocking the natural wind flow, mao tingali kulang sila hangin. Just an observation. Nice place though. Hope to visit you someday. I watch all your videos😁
Welcome back sir dexter.

I think the temperature affect the oxygen in the water.... God bless
Ilang days din po bago tanggalin ang inilagay n net or yong tali yata ng sako yon.
Betas are melting the fins, help me😞😞
Gudpm sir tanong k lng po sana magkasama b yong lalaki at babae breeder s pond sir na inaalagaan m?

Do you ever age?
reduce the number of fish from the pond and add more water to it
the same thing happend with my fish
Have to act fast for the oxygen. Once summer things will get bad

You should have built around the pond and not on top of it.
