I know this video is a few years old but wow! Some of the ideas in your studio are phenomenal. I am jumping in head first with a shop at the beginning of my balloon career. My daughter is a nail tech and we are going halves on a shop. I have been having a complete wobble over whether this is something I can actually make work but Mike is speaking my language and I have sat with a smile on my face through the whole video. I started as a vinyl graphics company in 2015. Although I knew my logo had to be layered so I could cut it, I went for something far to complicated. I would have charged myself a fortune to make the graphics for my first van!! My new logo is one full base colour with 1 layer of gold on top that will take minutes to prepare, so my head was nodding furiously when you were saying about gradients and things that stop you being able to produce your own logo when needed! I will be watching this video so much I may wear it out!! Thanks so much Greg for having this on BMTV and thanks Mike for putting so many of my thoughts into workable ideas!

Omg, this video was so helpful! Could you please make more videos with store owners? I love seeing their thought process on how they set up their store. I am just starting out and it helps to hear how the store owner transitioned and designed their store to decide what's important and what is not. Thank you!! This was so great!
