Yeah yeah I know, it was hot this morning but we got it done and The Bouncy Castle Special rewarded us with a surprise swim. Remember, sweat is just weakness leaving your body 😁
Next Sunday if you come at 5:30am you will witness Doug VS Amanda in a 2 x 130m sprint's to finally put to bed who is fastest. Wow what a treat it will be.......
