I''m 78 years old and, after 40+ years of buying sets for my children and grandsons, decided last year to get into LEGO myself. I've built 18 sets, each a bit more detailed than the last, and just purchased the DAILY BUGLE with the BRIKSMAX lighting set. I'm installing the lighting as from the start of "construction". A different that your review but it's working. Do you have any suggestions that will assist in assembly of the structure and lighting? Is there another detailed UA-cam video for this unit?

Absolutely lighting up everything I can now, I love the way it brings them to life and the non lit sets do look unfinished now

Can the floors still detach from each other after the lights are connected?

They can, but you will still have wires also connecting them all so it is more difficult
