First you decide whether it is a chicken nugget or veg cutlet (of the white people kind bcuz only they use disgusting things like soya for cutlet)

Add 10gms methyl cellulose powder for every 100 gms of soya or any other item. It is amazing and provides the best binding. And won't have the floury flavour of using besan or corn flour.

Cumin garam masala ginger chilli cornflour corainder leaves salt mashed potato make soft dough and shaped
Cornflour maida salt pepper corn celery
Cornflakes crumbs coat with celery cornflakes and deep fry

If youre vegan or vegetarian because of animal rights why would you even eat an alternative version of meat? ...and in the same shape of CHICKEN NUGGETS, then get upset when someone calls them veg chicken nuggets... 🤣🤣 Why would you even want it to taste and look like the real thing anyways?
