Julianne has become an expert at preparing and presenting these soothing drinks, like London Fog and Caramel Macchiato, and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do! London Fog
1 cup milk
1 cup strongly brewed black tea/Earl Gray tea
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon brown sugar or pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons whipping cream for topping

Salted Caramel Macchiato
1/2 cup Turkish coffee or espresso (2 teaspoons coffee, 1/2 cup water)
1 1/2 milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon homemade caramel
Topping:
4 tablespoons whipping cream
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
Caramel for drizzle on top
A dash of salt

Fall Spiced Latte
1 cup Turkish coffee or espresso (4 teaspoons of coffee, 1 cup water)
1 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Topping:
4 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
Sprinkle pumpkin pie spice on top

Masala Chai
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 crushed cardamom pod
1 heaping tablespoon black tea
1 tablespoon brown sugar or pure maple syrup
1 cup milk

I am a " milky " tea fan so really embrace the tea. Thank you for sharing these recipes. I am thinking of also trying a cardamom tea, using this technique.
We are winding down here. All the hay is in the barns and the cattle are enjoying an extended stay in the pastures, with the continued warm weather. But that is starting to change. They will soon be in the main barn with the first snow. Happy Thanksgiving! ~ Diane

The coffee is not exactly the same but it should work just fine.
Great drinks. Don’t know if you guys ever tried Indian golden milk. It’s wonderful and very comforting.
I love golden milk when it’s cold out, but the sludge left at the bottom is annoying and feels wasteful. I may try to make it using whole spices.
