@@therealpropertyview You could consider taking your own videos or pictures of properties and share them here. I would be interested in a channel like that. Otherwise, to be frank, it's boring. Perhaps you could drive more traffic to your videos, thereby increasing your prospective clients, by making videos that will be more interesting. You'll also possibly create UA-cam income.
Hi David. I am totally considering the things you mention. It is on the list. I am a new channel and truthfully just getting started and learning the ins and outs of video. Because I have to get permission from each agent even to tour and record, I am working on a process to do something like that. For now, I do have another weekly video I do where I talk about the homes I tour and also provide area footage. The goal is to get more home tours on my channel for sure! I am also working on neighborhood videos and pros and cons, etc. I appreciate the feedback and totally see how it could be boring. I promise to make it less boring in 2025 :D
