SKY-HI (Mitsuhiro Hidaka) is actually a Japanese rapper, not South Korean. Personally, I love the fact that this song flows seamlessly across three languages - the music industry is slowly changing so that we increasingly hear music across multiple languages, which I love! JUST BREATHE debuted at #11 on Billboard's World Digital Song Sales Chart, so I guess lots of people are enjoying the multilingual ear explosion experience too.
The song probably has a different build up, because it is not technically a 3racha produced song (it was produced by Uta from Tinyvoice Production). 3racha helped write the lyrics (which is why it has korean in it as well, despite the fact that Sky Hi is a japanese artist), but the producing was not done by them. This is their first commercial song after their mixtapes. It's an awesome song, although I don't listen to it a lot. Thanks for the reaction! ❤️

sky-hi is a japanese rapper, producer and all rounder. when he was asked if he want to collab with 3RACHA he thought it was a trick hehe. SKY-HI: we thought since we'll be joined by 3RACHA we should not choose a half-baked track to get their interest. two sides did amazing job even if they didn't meet in person. about anti drop thing: ski-hi and producer UTA made a whole track after discussion and ideas from 3racha. 3racha only wrote the lyrics. he really praised them a lot. and 3racha also work only with people they want and who also are self-made.

Teddy always has a very good analysis of music, he looks for the meanings and do it very well thinking about what the singer might have been thinking when creating it, and he sees each's ones vocal ability and recognizes them, what a lot of people don't really pay attention to. This is why I started to watch not only the Stray Kids reactions but all he does, and because his reactions are always so funny and relatable, this man can hype me up to watch his videos I never know what crazy reaction of him expect when a unexpected part of the song hits lol
Like some other people have pointed out here in the comments, you’re changbin biased so you naturally put a lot of your focus on his parts in the songs which can lead you to gloss over some of the other parts. I do the exact same thing with Han since he’s my bias but I appreciate everyone’s parts once I get to listen to things multiple times. Anyways, again as others mentioned, when skz debuted and they had official positions, changbin and han were both main rappers and were given pretty much equal rap parts in songs. Han was also considered a lead vocalist I’m pretty sure (?) so if you watch any line distribution videos from their early discography you’ll notice that han got a large percentage of the lines in each song since they used him for both singing and rapping. Then once woojin left, Han had to pick up a lot of vocal lines so some songs from around the levanter era contain a lot more of his singing than rapping. Changbin and Han obviously have very different styles of rapping and a large part of that comes down to the fact that Han has a higher pitched tone while changbin’s tone is deeper and more raspy. Han tends to either play with the pitches of his voice, focus more on speed in energetic songs, or do his signature sentimental and melodic raps in songs he creates. Changbin likes to be very aggressive and sharp with his rapping and does a lot of flow switching as well as playing with speed. I notice that people tend to focus on changbin more when it comes to the rapping in skz and consider him to be better than Han but I personally don’t see one as better than the other. Both clearly have amazing skill in lyrics, flow, and speed and sometimes it just depends on preference. Since you love rap so much I would actually be interested to see you react to some videos from Carkpop’s channel because he is a changbin bias that loves rap and he has broken down a lot of skz raps to show why they have such impressive rappers. And finally (now that I’ve made an excessively long comment sorry about that), if you want to see more of Hans rapping, you can check out TMT (which has his fastest rap in pretty sure), carpe diem (a rap performance from him and changbin), I got it (his solo rap song and one of my favs), and 3racha’s zone (which also has one of my favorite raps of his bc he changes his voice like 5 times). My last recommendation may be too long and outside of your interest but I also love the video “Han jisung is the ace of aces” because it really highlights his proficiency in rapping, singing, dancing, performing, and producing. It is like 20 minutes long though so if you were interested you could just watch it up to the end of the singing and rapping section to shorten it. Phew I talk too much but I love your reactions, I love skz, and I love Han so I hope some of my info has been insightful and I look forward to more of your videos! ❤️

As for Han since God's Menu we have gotten more vocals from Han befor on their older songs it was rare th her him sing. In fact until Kingdom a lot of people didn't if know Han had amazing vocals. When this track dropped I simply crouched down, in a corner, hugged my knees and rocked my head like a real mad person for a good 30 mins just listening to it on repeat. It's a brand-new universe. I checked other stuff from Ski-Hi but unfortunately couldn't find anything of this caliber.

You really need to check out more 3RACHA tracks. Because everything you just said about Han always sounding the same and his voice never changing is pretty much in direct contradiction to the actuality of Han when he's operating as part of 3RACHA. 😁 It's widely recognized that most of their development and history has been Changbin being the man of a million flows and Han being the man of a million voices. They've started switching that up a bit in the last year, with Changbin starting to play with voice/pitch more and Han starting to play with flows, which is exciting because it shows they're continuing to grow. But overall, they're known among rap people for the exact opposite of the impression you've gotten so far from your limited exposure to 3RACHA tracks. So it will be interesting to see how your perception changes (or so I assume and hope) if/when you get around to exploring more 3RACHA songs. As for frequency in SKZ songs, the only person who raps slightly more than Han is Changbin. Though there's no official positions, everyone understands and knows Han as one of SKZ's "main rappers"; that's literally his primary identity in the industry. His vocals are secondary and largely underknown among non-fans, especially before Kingdom happened. Your hardcore bias is Bin, and most of your focus goes to him when you're reacting, which sometimes leads to a bit of missed notice on others' parts. Totally understandable and not a criticism, especially since stuff is often impossible to fully catch on the first few listens. But yeah, Han pulls nearly equal rap load in SKZ as Changbin does; he just also then offshoots to vocals sometimes, especially on older songs because his contribution there was needed until more of the vocals-focused members were ready to share a larger amount of the load.

fun fact: One of superior (also judge in Stray kids surival show) told Han to change the high key in Hellevator bc it was a note that "only girls" could reach. Stray kids then debuted with song District 9 which is in higher key and Han hit those notes effortlessly.

They just debuted around the time stray kids released MANIAC. So they are a "new group". But they are the first group in the new entertainment XGALX. There are seven members. They only have two releases, which are both English - Tippy toes and MASCARA - both of which are not expected from a young debuted group. And they are based in Japan, all of them were born there. You really need to check out more 3RACHA tracks. Because everything you just said about Han always sounding the same and his voice never changing is pretty much in direct contradiction to the actuality of Han when he's operating as part of 3RACHA. 😁 It's widely recognized that most of their development and history has been Changbin being the man of a million flows and Han being the man of a million voices. They've started switching that up a bit in the last year, with Changbin starting to play with voice/pitch more and Han starting to play with flows, which is exciting because it shows they're continuing to grow. But overall, they're known among rap people for the exact opposite of the impression you've gotten so far from your limited exposure to 3RACHA tracks. So it will be interesting to see how your perception changes (or so I assume and hope) if/when you get around to exploring more 3RACHA songs.
As for frequency in SKZ songs, the only person who raps slightly more than Han is Changbin. Though there's no official positions, everyone understands and knows Han as one of SKZ's "main rappers"; that's literally his primary identity in the industry. His vocals are secondary and largely underknown among non-fans, especially before Kingdom happened. Your hardcore bias is Bin, and most of your focus goes to him when you're reacting, which sometimes leads to a bit of missed notice on others' parts. Totally understandable and not a criticism, especially since stuff is often impossible to fully catch on the first few listens. But yeah, Han pulls nearly equal rap load in SKZ as Changbin does; he just also then offshoots to vocals sometimes, especially on older songs because his contribution there was needed until more of the vocals-focused members were ready to share a larger amount of the load.

Yaaaay I'm so glad you listened to this song! This is probably in my top 3 for 3racha songs. Whenever things are getting crazy and I feel anxiety or panic coming on I blast the SHIT out of this song and it actually helps, it's gotta be something in the production or the BPM idk but it's perfect to me.

fun fact: One of superior (also judge in Stray kids surival show) told Han to change the high key in Hellevator bc it was a note that "only girls" could reach. Stray kids then debuted with song District 9 which is in higher key and Han hit those notes effortlessly.

His name is Mitsuhiro Hidaka. He's a Japanese rapper, producer and songwriter. He's a member of jpop group AAA (quite big in Japan), but they are in hiatus since 2021. He's very talented and is currently foucisng in his solo career and producing a jpop group called Be:first. He also runs his own label, called BMSG (which is an idependent sublabel from Avex).

They just debuted around the time stray kids released MANIAC. So they are a "new group". But they are the first group in the new entertainment XGALX. There are seven members. The youngest is surprisingly only 16 but can rap. Really. Really. Well. (future bias maybe????) They only have two releases, which are both English - Tippy toes and MASCARA - both of which are not expected from a young debuted group. And they are based in Japan, all of them were born there. Take into consideration???

what you said about hearing Han singing more than rapping and changbin rapping more than singing; they're both very talented singers but Han is able to sing high notes that not even Seungmin and I.N can reach, which is why he often also takes the role as a vocalist. but Changbin and Han are both considered two of the best rappers in the whole industry, while Han is very good at fast raps, probably one of the 5 fastest rappers in K-pop and better than Bin when it comes to this, but Bin's flow is sometimes a little better than Han's and just unmatched. either way they can both sing beautifully and rap incredibly well😊
